Head of Creative Digital Marketing

PROBLEM

Despite being a start up, Inspiring Cultures maintained a consistent online presence, 

generating an average of 300–500 impressions per LinkedIn post. My primary responsibility during this period was to create and publish all LinkedIn content, scheduled weekly for Thursdays and Tuesdays.

 

This role allowed me to work independently and take full ownership of the brand’s social media strategy. I was encouraged to explore new ideas, which greatly strengthened my confidence and creativity. Instead of relying on static, repetitive content, I introduced fresh branding elements, updated colour schemes, and crafted a more engaging and consistent brand voice. These changes helped enhance the company’s online identity and ensured the messaging aligned with its values and professional tone.

 

Alongside content creation, I was involved in understanding the company’s service offerings and analysing what type of posts could resonate with its business-oriented audience. This required careful market analysis, strategic thinking, and the ability to recognise what promotional techniques were most effective for a B2B startup.
