AMI PROBASHI
MARKETING INTERN
MY ROLE
Ami Probashi is a significant, government-encouraged start-up designed to simplify the complex process of gathering necessary documents for Bangladeshi citizens planning to work abroad, particularly focusing on the mandatory BMET clearance. This platform is primarily directed at individuals who are less privileged, such as cleaners or carers seeking employment overseas, ensuring they receive the extra assistance required for their documentation. Working in this high-stakes environment was a pivotal learning experience early in my career, providing valuable insight into public service communication.
My main contribution was creating the initial comprehensive user guide on how to navigate the Ami Probashi app, a document intended for subsequent translation. Although continuous technological developments over the past two years mean this specific guide is no longer in use, it served as the foundational first draft for future iterations and is linked below as a reference to my early work. Furthermore, I contributed to the digital presence by creating a couple of initial Facebook posts and attended crucial creative advertising meetings with the agency developing the company's first television advertisement. This exposure provided an excellent understanding of large-scale campaign development
